For the first time, residents at Longfields Old Peoples' Home were entertained this week by students from the Confederation schools who worked together to sing Christmas carols.

This annual event is organised by Alan Clark, headteacher of Parkmead Primary School whose students have performed in previous years.  Participating schools included Wey House, St Josephs, Parkmead Primary School, Cuthbert Maine and Glebelands School. "
