We are very keen to hear from any ex-students who would like to share with us their achievements since leaving Glebelands. Ms. Hansford is looking to create a ‘Glebelands Alumni’, starting with a display on past pupils’ successes, to inspire current students to think to their futures. It does not have to be traditional academic achievements but it would be nice to know how Old Glebeonians feel their time here helped shape them for their life ahead. Ideally, Ms. Hansford would like to have some ex-students come and speak to the class of 2017, to encourage and inspire them. However, if public speaking isn’t your thing, simply email in your reflections on your time here and details of what it has helped you to achieve for our display. A picture of yourself in your chosen career, training or receiving a qualification would also be valued. If you wish to contribute to our project (or you know of someone who might) please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . We look forward to celebrating the success of our past students and hope your stories will really motivate our current cohort!

It has also come to our attention that a number of exciting school reunions are planned for this year! For the class of 1977 a 40 year reunion will be held in the Richard Onslow on 10th June between 12.30 and 3.30, all are welcome, any queries can be directed to This email address is being protected from spambots. The class of ’87 are also looking to celebrate with a reunion and charity event in September of this year, with some of the proceeds being kindly donated to the Glebeland’s Trust. However, Sally Hurman (nee- Blake) who is organising this exciting project, is having trouble tracking everyone from that year down!
